01 General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the melbet affiliate platform ("melbet affiliate", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the melbet affiliate platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the melbet affiliate platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

The melbet affiliate platform supports deposits and withdrawals through local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits are credited to your melbet affiliate wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number. Melbet affiliate does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours during normal business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if your account requires additional verification. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your melbet affiliate account.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.
• In cases of suspected fraud, withdrawals may be held pending investigation without prior notice.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games. These rules are available within each game or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and specific game rules, the specific rules take precedence.

• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at the discretion of melbet affiliate.

• Melbet affiliate reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the melbet affiliate platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbet affiliate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or errors in odds or game outcomes.

11 Changes to These Terms
